Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 July 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pitch Aide (the "Service"), operated by Pitch Aide ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service and early access

Pitch Aide turns a proposal or pitch deck into a shareable link with an embedded AI assistant and engagement analytics. The Service is currently provided on an early-access basis: features may change, be added, or be removed, and the Service is provided "as is" without any guarantee of availability or uptime during this period.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to accept these Terms on behalf of any organisation you represent.

4. Your content

You retain all ownership of the content you upload — your proposals, documents, knowledge bases, videos and related material ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service, including sending relevant content to our AI sub-processor to generate responses.

You are responsible for having the rights to Your Content and for what you choose to share via a proposal link. You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, or that you are not permitted to share.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
  • upload malware, or content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure, or probe or test its security without permission;
  • scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service, or circumvent usage limits;
  • use the Service to send unsolicited or unlawful communications.

6. AI-generated content

The in-proposal assistant and other AI features generate responses using a third-party large language model. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or other advice. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it or sharing it.

7. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the right to use it in accordance with these Terms. We own Your Content only to the limited licence described above.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) £100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that this does not deprive you of any protection available to you as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
